Throughout her career - holding leading positions at multinational corporations such as Ogilvy and Mather, Cato Partners and Arcor - Carolina has been helping corporations in the US and Latin America to achieve their goals by building coherent and innovative marketing, branding and communication strategies.
Carolina knows that, nowadays, to grow and prosper, companies cannot feel limited to their current playing field: they need to expand their ecosystems and create new opportunities for themselves and for their stakeholders. She realizes that to reach that goal and to improve their performance, differentiate themselves and their products, engage their audiences and be socially relevant, organizations need to find their higher purpose and create meaningful experiences for their teams and stakeholders.
